The right leadership is key for marketing departments

One of the most important aspects of running print marketing campaigns successfully is to have the right leadership in place to develop strategies. By hiring the right people to oversee these operations, businesses may be better able to engage with clients and target the right demographics. To that end, Connecticut-based casino Mohegan Sun has hired Paul Wright, the former head of Bacardi USA's marketing, to lead its efforts.
In making the appointment, the casino's president and CEO, Jeff Hartmann, said it was Wright's 25 years in the industry that made him the perfect person to take on the important role.
"Paul brings a tremendous background and wealth of experience in direct mail, brand marketing, advertising and PR (public relations) areas," Hartmann said. "I am very excited to have Paul join our team after an extensive national search."
