Return Policy
We stand behind our software and we want you to be completely confident and satisfied with your SmartSoft purchase. You may return your software within thirty (30) calendar days following the date of purchase.
New Product
• All products are unconditionally warranted for (30) calendar days following the date of purchase.
• Damaged product will be replaced free of charge.
Annual Renewals
• Not eligible for return.
• Unshipped product may be credited toward purchase of new product.
Please Note:
• Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
• Move Update software and Single Update Licenses are sold as-is and cannot be returned for a refund.
• Developer’s Toolkits may be returned for credit towards the purchase of an alternative Toolkit.
• Purchases made using a SmartSoft lease are subject to the terms of the lease agreement.
