Change of Address (NCOA) Solutions

Did you know that the USPS® processes over 45 million Change-Of-Address applications annually? Around 1 in 7 businesses and individuals move each year, which can play havoc with the address data in your database.

Additionally, a recent report showed that of the almost 10 billion pieces of mail that were undeliverable as addressed (UAA) in a single year, around 75% of them were undeliverable due to move-related issues. That adds up to over a billion dollars of wasted time and resources due to outdated address data.

Best practices for address quality should include periodical ‘Move Updating’ of your address data, to ensure its accuracy over time.

Additionally, USPS® regulations require that all mailers, both First and Standard Class, update their addresses through an approved "Move Update" process within 95 days prior to your mailing in order to qualify for automation and other discounts.
