Leaflets and brochures can improve direct mail campaigns
Aiding companies in their direct mail campaigns, marketing expert Russell Parsons recently provided some tips on how to use leaflets in business-to-business direct mail.
According to Parsons, leaflets should show that a business cares about its direct mail initiative. A business can accomplish this by utilizing a copywriter and graphic designer to create striking and high-quality product, Parsons said. Companies might also consider using a strong web-to-print format to ensure that the design is customized and consistently reproduced at a high level.
Another way to create a quality leaflet is to promote online marketing campaigns within the leaflet. By directing customers to a company website, social media page or blog, interested customers know where to go to find information about a company, said Parsons.
Parsons stressed the importance of sending the leaflet in an envelope to ensure it is delivered safely.
Brochures are another means of communication that can improve a business-to-customer or business-to-business direct mail initiative, and they can also be used for conference material and trade shows, and placed on hotel racks, according to a blog post for the Columbian, a daily news source in West Virginia.
