Real estate agents can use postcards to keep their customers
Losing clients is the biggest fear of many real estate agents. Because of this, they have to be creative in their customer retention strategies.
One way real estate agents can make sure they stay fresh in the minds of their client base is to periodically send them postcards. These postcards can be designed with web-to-print software, which allows users to create dynamic pieces that will be memorable to customers.
“In real estate, so much of business has to do with timing, and if you haven’t maintained steady communication with your customers you run the expensive risk of losing that next listing," said Joshua Carlsen, director of marketing for a print company. "That’s why postcards provide an affordable, but more importantly an effective way to stay top of mind with your customers.”
Other strategies real estate agents can use for customer retention include creating a business Facebook page, blogging about available properties and creating brochures with a list of some properties that are due to be on the market soon.
